It make our body healthy and fresh again. Another good effect is that our body becomes more relax. But keep in mind, do not swimm carelessly. If too much or you swim at the time your body not fit, then the result is not whay you expected.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span id="more-164"></span>First of all, make sure that your body is in good or fit condition. Do not swimm when you get cold or you have some wounds on your skin, as it can contaminate other people. Second thing is that you do some excercise before swimming so you don&#8217;t get cramp.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Before swimming, it is also recommended that you rinse your body. The reason is so that your body can adapat and don&#8217;t take so dramatially temperature changes during swimming.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">How many times should I swiming then ? To keep your body fit, it is enough twice a week each 30 minutes.</span></p>
