Liver is the organ in the body to produce substances that act as natural albumin. In addition, the liver is one of the body bulwarks against attacks from outside. For example, air pollution is difficult to avoid if you live in the urban areas.

Not only that, the body can take in toxins that came directly from food and beverages consumed. Indirectly for example are the poison came from chemical substances, like pesticides, which are still sticking to the vegetables. Fortunately, our liver is capable to filter the toxins in our body. Thus, the toxins will not go to the blood circulation. After filtering the food substances, the liver alters the poison into water-soluble substances and excreted through our urine and faces.

But what if the liver is damage? The toxins removal task will not fulfilled. The toxins escape from the detoxification process and this could lead to chronic diseases. Symptoms of disturbed liver are the body tired and fall sick easily. Furthermore are yellowed skin and eyes, abdominal swelling and pain.
